When will my order ship?
BEARD KING aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order. We ship packages out Monday through Friday. If an item is backordered we will ship the product out when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Once you receive a Shipping Conformation email with a tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to sync.

How long is the transit time?
For Standard Shipping please allow 6-8 business days for your package to arrive; for Priority Shipping please allow (2-3) business days. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship world-wide to most countries that USPS and DHL services. Packages typically take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days which can cause delays. We RECOMMEND choosing DHL Express for FAST 2-3 day international shipping as they are the fastest and most reliable service. Be patient and give it at least 30 days. If you think it's stuck or lost in the mail, let us know by contacting us.
How much does international shipping cost?
The price depends on your location and order weight, please use the shipping calculator in the cart. You can see live shipping rates to your location once you add items to your cart and click “Checkout”. Then enter your shipping address and click “Continue” to your live rates. What about duties and fees? Beard King is NOT responsible for any customs fees incurred from imported goods. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
The government of CA reserves the right to collect Import taxes on all goods entering Canada with a value over $20 CDN. (*exchange rates vary daily) Canada Post collects any taxes due per the import laws of Canada and they also add a $10 CDN fee for collecting and processing the payment.
Customs charges may be applied to imports into the EU with a value over £15 for VAT (Imports from the Channel Islands the value is £0). All items valued items valued over £135 will attract import duty. Imported gifts valued over £36 sent between private individuals will also attract VAT. What currency do you charge in?
We only collect in USD (United States Dollars) and any conversion rates are not in our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Returns are offered within 15 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please fill out a return form (see below) and included it with your return shipment. Send the package back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. We will process your refund when we receive the returned items.

EXCEPTIONS: Beard Bib products (if used) are not eligible for refunds due to sanitary policies. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
Do you accept exchanges?
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend your first re-order the product size or style you desire. This will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back. You then may return your original purchase to us using the instructions above.
