Returns are offered within 7 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please fill out the return form that was included with your shipment and send the package back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. We will process your refund when we receive the returned items. A restocking fee may apply from the total refund.

EXCEPTIONS: Beard Bib products (if used) are not eligible for refunds due to sanitary policies. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
